Psychotherapy for Depression, Stress, Anxiety and Low Self-Esteem

Counselling can help anyone facing a difficult decision, a crisis at home or work, a physical condition brought on by stress, low self-esteem or general feelings of anxiety or unhappiness. Psychotherapy is a longer-term commitment that engenders a deeper self-awareness, aiding lasting change and well-being. It provides a safe space in which clients can explore their inner world and gain greater insight into themselves without criticism in order to live healthier, happier and more fulfilling lives.

Consultation Hours and Timings and Fees

Clients can be seen daytime or evening and some Saturday mornings. A set fee is charged for the initial consultation. Together we assess your needs and review the options available. If we are to continue, arrangements will be made to have regular sessions at a mutually convenient time. This may be for short or long term counselling, although sometimes a single meeting is all that is needed. Sessions last for 50/55 minutes, usually weekly unless otherwise agreed. A working contract, payment of fees and cancellation policy are agreed.

Fees for ongoing counselling are dependent on location and the time of day sessions are held.

Some lower cost work is undertaken, so please do enquire.
